Automatic renewal
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. The renewal price and billing frequency are shown before you buy and on your receipt. Trip Passes are one-time purchases — they expire on their own and never renew.
Cancel anytime, where you bought it
Cancel through the platform that sold you the subscription:
Parlivon website: Settings → Subscription → Cancel plan (or the Cancel subscription link on the Pricing page).
iPhone / iPad (App Store): Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Parlivon.
Android (Google Play): Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Parlivon.

What cancelling does
Cancelling prevents the next renewal. Paid features remain available until the current billing period expires, and no prorated refund is provided for unused time. For example, cancelling halfway through an annual plan normally leaves access active until the year ends.
App Store purchases
Cancelling is separate from requesting a refund — cancelling alone does not produce a refund. Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) and are subject to Apple's approval. We can point you to the right form, but Apple decides.
Google Play purchases
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, the timing and your location, and is decided by Google under the Google Play refund policy. Cancelling normally leaves access active for the remainder of the period you already paid for, without a prorated refund.
Direct purchases on our website
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for partial or unused subscription periods, or for Trip Passes once activated. We do correct genuine billing errors, duplicate charges and failed-service situations — contact us and we will make it right.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c P-40.1), Canadian consumer-protection legislation and any mandatory rights in your country.
Free trials
We do not currently offer a free trial. If a trial is ever offered, it must be cancelled before the deadline shown at sign-up, otherwise it converts automatically into a paid membership at the disclosed price.
Deleting the app or your account
Deleting the Parlivon app or your Parlivon account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by the App Store or Google Play. You must cancel it in that store, or billing continues.
Family plan
If the plan owner cancels, everyone sharing the Family plan loses Premium access at the end of the current billing period. Member seats are kept, so resubscribing restores them instantly.
Auto-renewal reminder
For annual subscriptions and Trip Passes we send an in-app (and, if you opt in, email) reminder before renewal or expiry so you can cancel in time.
Contact us
Email support@parlivon.com from the address on your account with the order or transaction ID. We respond within 5 business days. Please contact us before starting a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.
